SUNDAYS AT FCC, TYLER
We offer both a Traditional and Contemporary Worship Service, both starting at 9:30am, followed by Christian Education for all ages at 10:45am.
- Sunday morning attire - Although we have traditional and contemporary worship services that meet concurrently, you would feel comfortable dressing in business casual to simply casual. There are men who wear a coat and tie, and some who wear a t-shirt and jeans. It is similar for women as well. You will see wearing their “Sunday best” (business clothes), to a t-shirt and jeans. What really matters is that you just wear clothes.
- Will I be singled out? – When you enter FCC, you will most likely be welcomed by a volunteer on the Welcome Team. That person will ask if it’s ok for you to provide your name and other relevant information (all of which is optional). You may be asked to wear a name tag too (as most active members of FCC do every Sunday).
- Worship time – Many churches have two separate worship services at different times, so it’s easy to forget that our church only meets for worship at 9:30am. We have a Traditional and a Contemporary service, both of which offer rich and deep ways to connect with God and God’s people.
